PixNote Media is a service of Royal Selection Brand Marketing LLC (dba PixNote Media). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

PixNote Media installs and manages digital parent boards and venue display screens (“Screens”) for participating host locations. These Screens display curated announcements, reminders, menus, celebrations, local resources, and advertising content.

2. Screen Ownership & Equipment

All Screens, hardware, and related equipment remain the sole property of PixNote Media. Host locations are provided the right to use the Screens while actively participating in the service. Screens may not be tampered with, relocated, modified, or removed without prior written consent from PixNote Media. Upon cancellation or termination, PixNote Media will retrieve the Screens.

3. Content Management

PixNote Media curates, approves, and updates all content displayed on the Screens. Hosts may request updates or provide information for inclusion, but PixNote Media retains editorial control over all final display content.

4. Advertising Content

PixNote Media may display curated announcements, community information, and third-party advertisements on installed Screens. By hosting a PixNote Media Screen, you acknowledge and agree that advertising is part of the service model and allows us to provide the Screens and content management at no cost to your business. All advertising will be reviewed and approved by PixNote Media to ensure it is appropriate for family and community audiences.

 

5. Subscriptions & Fees

PixNote Media services are provided under subscription plans (monthly, six-month, or yearly terms), which may include a one-time setup fee. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 7.

 

6. Payments & Non-Payment

Payments are due per the subscription plan selected. Returned or failed payments may result in fees, suspension of services, or removal of Screens.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Hosts may cancel their subscription with 30 days’ written notice prior to renewal. Early cancellation may result in immediate removal of installed Screens.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content layouts, designs, graphics, and software created or provided by PixNote Media remain the exclusive property of PixNote Media.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

PixNote Media provides its services on a best-efforts basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Screens or services.

10. Indemnification

Hosts agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixNote Media and its affiliates against claims or damages arising from misuse of the Screens or unauthorized alterations.

11. Termination

PixNote Media reserves the right to remove equipment and terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. PixNote Media may also terminate services with 30 days’ notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

​

13. Changes to Terms

PixNote Media may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
